The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client onboarding, fund launches, and capital activity, ensuring accurate investor setup and data integrity in partnership with Transfer Agents. The role also involves overseeing operational controls, managing document review, and driving process improvements to align with evolving business needs. As a leader, the Vice President will manage and develop a junior team, set operational priorities, and serve as the primary point of escalation for complex issues. Candidates for this role should have 5-8 years' of experience in financial services or investment management, with a preference for those with exposure to private markets, securities, and limited offerings. A strong understanding of business operations, financial principles, and legal frameworks supporting investment products is essential. The role requires a proven people manager with the ability to build trusted relationships, manage complex inquiries, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
