This role demands a builder who is adept at navigating ambiguity, agile in their approach, and capable of transforming complex data challenges into practical, adopted solutions. Key responsibilities include end-to-end delivery for a critical data domain, running the product operating cadence, and driving a modernization roadmap that incorporates AI opportunities. The role also requires the ability to influence stakeholders, manage cross-functional partnerships, and ensure high-quality outcomes through effective measurement and refinement of delivery metrics. Applicants for this role at the company should have a proven track record as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead, with at least 5 years of experience in financial services, particularly in the area of data, technology, and operations. A strong background in asset and wealth management data concepts is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile methodologies, be comfortable with SQL and/or Python, and possess practical fluency with AI and Agentic AI as it relates to data products. The role also requires the ability to evaluate AI for its value, risk, and scalability, and to influence stakeholders at all levels.
