Vice President, Business Lead, AI Challenge Lab Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Lead to drive the delivery, scaling, and adoption of a cohort-based AI innovation program. The role partners with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify and assess use cases, shape business cases, and advance promising solutions from concept toward implementation. Responsibilities include managing program operations and cross-functional workstreams, maintaining a pipeline of use cases, and establishing ownership, milestones, and success measures. The Business Lead also tracks outcomes and adoption, prepares executive updates, improves program practices, and supports expansion across business areas and regions. Candidates should bring strong program management and execution skills, experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, and exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities. They should understand AI, generative AI, and emerging technologies, and be able to translate capabilities into practical business value and scalable solutions. A product-oriented approach to defining objectives, success metrics, and adoption strategies is important. Experience in AI, data, digital transformation, innovation, technology-enabled initiatives, or large-scale learning and change programs is preferred; familiarity with financial services and experience partnering with senior business and technology leaders are also advantageous.
