Vice President, Equity Derivative Sales

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Equity Derivative Sales. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and managing relationships with institutional investors, generating trade ideas, and delivering equity derivatives solutions to meet various financial objectives. This role demands a professional with a deep understanding of market dynamics, derivative strategies, and the ability to collaborate across different functions within the firm. Key responsibilities include client coverage and origination, execution, and internal coordination, as well as ensuring compliance with risk, governance, and regulatory standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 5-7 years' of experience in equity derivatives sales, structuring, trading, or a related market role, and possess a strong knowledge of equity derivatives products, pricing, and risk sensitivities. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, as well as a commercial mindset and the ability to identify and drive client opportunities. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential, with advanced degrees or professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM being a plus. The ideal candidate will also have existing relationships with institutional investors and experience in both flow and structured equity derivatives products.
