Vice President, IT Infrastructure & Security Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for IT Infrastructure and Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise infrastructure functions, including networks, cloud and hosting environments, servers, telecommunications, and end-user support. This role involves developing and executing a multi-year infrastructure roadmap to enhance reliability, scalability, performance, security, and cost efficiency. The VP will also oversee information security management, driving the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Key competencies for this role include proven experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, or technology operations within a medium to large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure components and experience in IT risk management, threat modeling, and incident response. A BSc/MSc degree in a related field is required, along with relevant certifications. The role demands a leader with the ability to manage and develop distributed teams, as well as strong skills in vendor management, budgeting, and operational performance. The VP will be expected to have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a high-stress, multiple-priority environment.
