Vice President of Digital Finance Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Digital Finance to spearhead the transformation of its global digital finance ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise planning, budgeting, and forecasting program, with a focus on delivering an AI-native, unbiased, and explainable P&L forecast. This role demands a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of AI and cloud data platforms. The VP will set the direction for the digital finance technology strategy, ensure SOX compliance, and maintain a high-performing digital finance portfolio. They will also be tasked with influencing and aligning senior executive stakeholders, managing strategic vendors, and leading a global organization. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 10 years in digital finance leadership roles. The role requires a proven track record in leading enterprise-scale digital finance transformations, particularly those driven by AI. Experience in SOX-controlled environments, strong leadership, communication, and program management skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance processes and platforms, including Oracle EPM, SAP finance, and a history of delivering AI and generative AI capabilities at scale.
