The Company is seeking a Vice President of Portfolio Management to lead a large, multiline property and casualty portfolio with profit-and-loss accountability. The role focuses on driving profitable growth across distribution channels and optimizing the portfolio by business line, industry, and geography. Responsibilities include setting underwriting, product, pricing, and agency strategies; monitoring portfolio performance and market trends; and guiding evidence-based decisions across cross-functional teams. The Vice President will partner with analytics, actuarial, data, and modeling teams, support operational and digital transformation initiatives, and ensure portfolio actions meet regulatory requirements. Candidates should have at least seven years of property and casualty portfolio or product management experience, with a demonstrated record of delivering profitable growth through targeted initiatives. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, along with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and lead or influence cross-functional stakeholders.
