Vice President of Program Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Program Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across global programs. The role oversees program priorities, work plans, budgets, forecasting, risk management, partner activities, and key deliverables, while leading and developing a multidisciplinary team. The Vice President will coordinate with regional leaders and other functions, connect organizational strategy with execution, and provide senior leadership with timely insights on performance, challenges, and risks. The position also strengthens accountability and continuous improvement through data, dashboards, reporting tools, and performance measures, and contributes expertise to fundraising and grant-related initiatives. Candidates should have an MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field, or equivalent significant professional experience, along with at least five years of progressive leadership and operational management experience and five years of people-management experience. Required qualifications include substantial experience in program operations, strategic and work planning, project execution, organizational coordination, and financial management, including budgeting and forecasting. Applicants should also demonstrate skill in developing and using data and performance tools, leading and mentoring teams, and collaborating across functions and organizational levels. Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities are essential; experience in nonprofit or international settings, multicultural teams, and fundraising or grant development is preferred.
