Vice President, Office Development

Greater New York City, NY Area (Headquarter location)
The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Office Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of major commercial office development projects and identifying new opportunities in this sector. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of complex, high-profile projects that generate long-term value. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day development activities, driving project strategy across various phases, and managing external consultants and stakeholders. The Vice President will also be tasked with mentoring junior professionals and representing the company with a high level of professionalism and accountability. Applicants should have 8 to 10+ years' of relevant real estate development experience, with a focus on commercial office development. A strong understanding of the full development lifecycle, from pre-development to delivery, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing multi-party projects, strong financial and analytical skills, and excellent project management abilities. A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, as well as a collaborative leadership style, are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree in a related field is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a background that demonstrates the ability to evaluate project economics, manage budgets, and effectively communicate with a range of audiences.
