About the Role
Greater New York City, NY Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking an operational resilience professional to support the full resilience lifecycle. Responsibilities include identifying and reviewing key business services, mapping their dependencies across people, technology, facilities, data, and third parties, and setting impact tolerances with business and technology owners. The role also involves designing and conducting severe-but-plausible scenario tests, tracking identified vulnerabilities through remediation, and contributing to resilience frameworks and self-assessments. The successful candidate will partner with technology, third-party risk, and data teams, and prepare clear reports and presentations for senior leadership and committees. Candidates should have 3–8 years of experience, primarily in operational resilience at a global financial institution or in a consulting practice focused on resilience. Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, such as PRA/FCA or DORA, is strongly preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills are needed, along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities. This is a dedicated operational resilience role rather than a business continuity or disaster recovery position.
