Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 12 years' experience in building engineering, technical advisory, or related capital project leadership roles is typically required, along with professional licensure such as a Professional Engineer (PE) or similar.
