Vice President, Private Credit Investment Associate

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Private Credit Investment Associate to support investment activities through deal execution, credit analysis, and portfolio monitoring. Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, conducting financial analysis and scenario modeling, underwriting credit, and preparing investment memoranda that assess risks and opportunities. The role also leads due diligence, legal coordination, and documentation, monitors portfolio performance, and maintains relationships across relevant industry networks. The successful candidate may also contribute to marketing content and use data tools to analyze large datasets. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least six years of experience in structured finance, private credit investing, or a related area. Required capabilities include credit underwriting, financial analysis, accounting principles, and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage. Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and a solution-oriented approach are important, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A professional network in fintech and specialty finance is preferred.
