The Company is seeking a Quantitative Investment Lead to join its Investment Process Innovation team. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the development and enhancement of the investment process across the company's various platforms. This role involves managing and improving research infrastructure, developing new fixed-income investment processes, and contributing to the creation of new investment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optimization, quantitative investing, and data engineering, with a focus on fixed-income strategies. Key responsibilities include leading the development of internal backtesting and sample testing infrastructure, designing optimization-based portfolio management processes, and performing quantitative analyses to refine investment approaches. The role also requires the ability to communicate recommendations to senior leadership, work in a collaborative environment, and interact with technology teams to ensure the proper rollout of new functionality. Applicants for the Quantitative Investment Lead position at the company should have an undergraduate degree in a technical field, with a Master's degree being a plus, and at least 7 years of experience in the relevant areas. A deep understanding of Python programming, particularly in the context of core libraries and concepts, is essential. The role demands a self-starter with a strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in financial markets, especially fixed-income, and familiarity with the company's Aladdin toolset are also beneficial. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, troubleshooting software issues, and have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements in the investment process.
