Vice President, Real Estate Fund Management & Portfolio Analytics

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead fund management and portfolio analytics across real estate investment funds. Responsibilities include overseeing fund-level financial models, performance forecasts, scenario analyses, liquidity, capital deployment, budgets, and covenant monitoring. The role will drive portfolio analytics such as hold-or-sell evaluations, refinancing scenarios, return attribution, and benchmarking, while coordinating investor reports and due diligence responses. The Vice President will also strengthen data governance and reporting processes, prepare clear insights for senior decision-makers and investors, and mentor junior colleagues. Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant experience in real estate fund management or portfolio analysis, with advanced financial modeling skills and strong knowledge of real estate fund structures, partnership agreements, joint ventures, waterfall mechanics, and capital markets. The role requires experience with forecasting, portfolio performance analysis, investor reporting, and fund cash management. Strong communication skills are needed to translate complex financial and operational information into clear presentations and recommendations. Candidates should also bring sound judgment, attention to data quality, and the ability to improve processes and support team development.
