Vice President, Tax

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Tax to oversee domestic and international tax matters across complex global operations. Responsibilities include managing federal, state, and local tax compliance; individual tax matters involving expatriates and foreign assets; and income tax accounting under ASC 740. The role also covers cross-border tax, transfer pricing, state nexus, withholding, and evolving global requirements, while coordinating with external advisors and identifying tax risks and planning opportunities. The successful candidate will advise business stakeholders on tax considerations across multiple jurisdictions. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a CPA and/or master’s degree in taxation is preferred. At least six years of progressive U.S. domestic and international tax experience, with broad knowledge of corporate taxation, foreign income, and multinational reporting, is required. Experience in public accounting, commodities, financial services, or complex international operations is desirable. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, experience coordinating multiple projects and external advisors, and proficiency with tax or accounting software and advanced Excel are also required.
