The successful candidate will be a key player in driving strategic transformation and supporting new business growth within the Wealth Management business unit. This role involves leading and executing projects aimed at simplifying and modernizing finance data and systems infrastructure. The Vice President will also be a strategic partner, representing the finance division and collaborating with business partners on new initiatives and strategic priorities. Responsibilities include change leadership, opportunity assessment, requirements and testing, technical partnership, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience in finance, strategy, transformation, consulting, business analysis, product management, technology delivery, or a related field. A B.A./B.S. in a relevant discipline is required. The role demands advanced understanding of the finance functional area, technical skills, and a deep knowledge of the industry and competitive environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a proven track record of leading through influence. Experience in strategic thinking, technical partnership, and a strong analytical capability are essential.
