This includes providing expert advice and assurance on workforce performance, organizational development, leadership, inclusion, colleague experience, and workforce sustainability. Candidates for this role should be experienced and credible people leaders, with a proven track record of operating at or close to Board level within a large and complex organization. A strong understanding of governance, regulation, and the financial context in which the company operates is essential.
