Founding Head of Secondary

The Company is in search of a Founding Head of Secondary to play a pivotal role in the development of its international school. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the growth and establishment of the Secondary Division, from its current Years 7-9 provision to a full Year 7-13 international secondary school. This includes the introduction of IGCSE and the IB Diploma, as well as the school's first boarding provision. The role demands an inspiring and ambitious leader with a strong background in educational and pastoral excellence, ideally with experience in a boarding school environment. The Head of Secondary will be tasked with shaping the culture, curriculum, and direction of the school, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and student well-being, and building a distinctive, internationally minded educational community.
