The Executive Director will be the champion for both the residents and the staff, with a focus on personalized care, strong emergency protocols, and a safe, positive work environment. Key responsibilities include leading by example, hiring and training a successful team, and managing the business to meet financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, prior experience in senior housing or healthcare, and a proven track record of integrity and sound judgment.
