The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of its facilities. The CEO will be accountable for executing the growth strategy, direct P&L responsibility, and overall goal execution. Key responsibilities include championing clinical quality and patient safety, leading a high-performing facility team, driving top-line growth, and cultivating strong physician relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for the center's P&L, managing financial controls, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a leader who can proactively collaborate with physicians, develop and maintain strong physician relationships, and design and execute strategic plans that drive clinical, financial, and operational results. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 1-3 years in healthcare and 2+ years in a leadership role. Experience in ASC, outpatient, surgical site, and multi-site healthcare settings is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving clinical quality, sustaining a zero patient harm culture, and managing a team to deliver excellent patient care. They should possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate clear expectations, and a proven track record of leading and developing teams. The role also requires the ability to create a vision, embrace change, and drive organizational capability.
