Executive Director, Senior Living Greater Orlando, FL Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its senior living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the community, including associate relations, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role involves creating and executing business plans, developing and managing budgets, and driving sales and marketing efforts to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering a culture of inclusivity, ensuring high-quality resident experiences and care, and maintaining strong relationships with local influencers and professionals. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' related operational leadership experience, with a valid administrator license where required. The role requires a candidate with advanced knowledge of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
