The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in the national management team. The CFO will be responsible for the full spectrum of the company's finance and economics function, serving as a strategic business partner and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This includes managing financial operations, cash flow, reporting, and compliance, as well as actively supporting the development and execution of growth and profitability strategies. The successful candidate will be the key link between local operations and the group's finance function, and will be expected to lead the annual budget process, forecasting, and drive cash generation and working capital management. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a background as a CFO or in a similar senior financial role, with a preference for experience in the IT sector or other expertise-intensive, project-based businesses. The role requires a strategic and hands-on finance manager with a strong business understanding, commercial acumen, and analytical skills. While experience in M&A processes is not mandatory, a background in integrating acquired companies is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a master's level financial education, or equivalent experience, and must be fluent in Norwegian and English. The CFO will also be responsible for leading and developing a local finance team, ensuring the effective use of financial systems, and contributing to the company's future ERP project.
