The Vice President will also be involved in the full financing process, from early-stage development to financial close, and will be expected to maintain high standards of governance, risk management, and investment discipline. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years' experience in project finance, corporate finance, structured finance, or M&A. A strong background in complex financial modeling, people management, and experience in the renewable energy sector is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in closing multiple project finance transactions, experience on both the lender and borrower side, and expertise in structuring project equity.
