Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to guide strategic and day-to-day operations. Working closely with the board, the successful candidate will support organizational development and help maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace aligned with relevant industry standards. The role calls for a central leadership presence and oversight of operational priorities, projects, and activities. Candidates should have a university degree in business management, agri-food, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least three years of coordination or management experience is required, along with experience in human resources, including recruitment, training, and retention, and financial management, including budget preparation and monitoring. Fundraising and project planning experience are also required, as is comfort with digital tools and management software. Knowledge of food safety and animal welfare standards, as well as relevant operational experience, is an asset.
