The Company is seeking a Vice-President, Communications to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the strategic direction and long-term vision for the organization's communications function. This senior leadership position involves the development and stewardship of integrated communications and marketing strategies that advance enterprise priorities, advocacy, public policy objectives, and organizational reputation. The role also includes leading the evolution of the enterprise brand, organizational narrative, and value proposition, as well as providing strategic leadership for creative, audience-focused campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate for the Vice-President, Communications role at the company is a seasoned executive with a minimum of a decade of senior leadership experience in communications, corporate or public affairs, media relations, reputation management, and/or public relations. They will be tasked with providing counsel on communications strategy, executive communications, and guiding the organization through issues management and crisis communications. The role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure that communications amplify the organization's advocacy, policy, and thought leadership priorities. The Vice-President will also lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative communications team, overseeing major investments and fostering excellence in storytelling, creative development, and audience engagement.
