Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Health Greater Paris, France Area

The Company is seeking a Health Chief Information Security Officer to define and drive a comprehensive security strategy for its health business. The role will establish policies and standards, assess and mitigate risks involving health data, electronic health records, medical devices, and healthcare systems, and guide the implementation of security controls. The CISO will strengthen incident detection and response, advise leadership during major incidents, and report on security risks and status. They will also represent health entities in security initiatives, lead subject-matter expert communities, influence security priorities, and promote a strong security culture. Candidates should have more than 10 years of progressive information security experience, including at least five years in senior leadership focused on strategy and influence, along with healthcare security and health data protection expertise. Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001, healthcare compliance requirements, and electronic health records is essential. The role calls for fluent English, strong strategic and analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills with senior leaders and technical teams. Collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, project management, and the ability to influence stakeholders across diverse environments are also required.
