Vice President of Information Technology, Manufacturing

The Company is in search of a VP of IT with a strong background in manufacturing to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cybersecurity and risk mitigation efforts, overseeing customer-facing technology and system integrations, leading AI adoption, and implementing practical automation solutions. Additionally, the VP of IT will support technology needs for new product launches, facilitate systems integration for future acquisitions, and drive technology support for future growth initiatives. The role requires a business-minded individual who is not solely technology-focused and is comfortable leading highly tenured employees. Applicants for the VP of IT position at the company should have a minimum of 2-3 years' senior IT leadership experience, ideally at the VP, CIO, or director level. Strong manufacturing IT experience is essential.
