Head of Enterprise Architecture

The Company is seeking a Head of Enterprise Architecture to play a pivotal role in the organization's transformation and architectural evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the enterprise architecture across various domains, including applications, data, integration, cloud, security, and AI. This senior leadership position demands a strategic vision and hands-on expertise to establish a clear roadmap towards a more integrated and scalable technology environment. The role involves leading end-to-end solution architecture for strategic programs, driving architecture simplification, and technology portfolio rationalization, as well as shaping the integration strategy across diverse platforms. To excel in this role, candidates must have significant experience in enterprise and solution architecture, a proven track record in assessing technology landscapes, and the ability to create and implement transformation roadmaps. Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms and experience in designing enterprise integrations are essential. The Head of Enterprise Architecture will also be expected to have a solid understanding of AI, GenAI, intelligent automation, or AI-agent solutions, and experience in leading technology teams within a complex international environment. Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and professional fluency in English are required.
