Head of Business Services

The Company is in search of a Head of Business Services to join its Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's finance, people, and operational services, with a focus on providing strategic advice to the Principal, Executive, and Board. This role is pivotal in strengthening sustainable systems within a values-led community, ensuring the effective stewardship of resources, and enhancing operational systems to support a high-quality educational environment. As the Head of Business Services, the role involves strategic oversight of business operations, including financial management, human resources, infrastructure, enrolments, marketing, risk, and compliance. The ideal candidate will work in close partnership with the College Principal and other executive leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, service, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include supporting the Principal in key portfolios, contributing to governance, and working with staff across the organization in a relational and improvement-focused manner. The position requires a values-driven leader with a commitment to the mission and strategic plan of the organization, and the ability to lead with integrity and professional excellence.
