The Company is seeking a Decision Support Lead/Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, managing key projects, and facilitating organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and the Commercial & Medical Leadership Team to ensure that the business's direction is in line with its mission and vision. This role involves overseeing communication management, leading special projects, and business planning to coordinate and measure commercial business performance. The Chief of Staff will also serve as a trusted advisor, thought partner, and strategic advisor, and will be responsible for talent development and executive-level decision-making. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent experience preferred, and at least 10 years of business and leadership experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. The role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically and strategically, and a proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in an international matrix environment, be a role model for the company's values, and possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High emotional intelligence, the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders, and a proactive approach to anticipating and solving problems are essential.
