Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a hands-on Chief Operating Officer to strengthen and expand operations across multiple dealership locations. The role will establish consistent operating standards, assess performance, address operational gaps, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, and accountability. The COO will partner with general managers and department leaders, create performance metrics and reporting routines, and build a centralized framework that supports local operations. The position also supports growth planning and acquisitions, develops the infrastructure needed to scale, oversees compliance, and promotes continuous improvement. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with required experience in automotive dealerships or dealer groups and multi-site operations. Experience with processes, compliance, and manufacturer requirements is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
