Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) to serve as the executive leader responsible for the design, execution, and continuous advancement of an enterprise-wide supply chain strategy. The CSCO will oversee all aspects of supply chain performance, including strategic sourcing, contract management, value analysis, distribution and logistics, procurement operations, and supply chain technology enablement. The successful candidate will ensure that the supply chain function delivers high-reliability service, cost optimization, clinical alignment, and system-wide standardization to support exceptional patient care. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in supply chain, with at least 7 years in a senior executive role within a complex healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have an advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and a Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. The CSCO will be instrumental in making a significant impact on the organization, and as such, the role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving supply chain excellence.
