The successful candidate will work closely with the elected board and a network of volunteers to enhance the organization's capacity, grow its resources, and expand its grassroots base. This role involves overseeing the creation and implementation of a new strategic plan, ensuring the financial health and administration of the organization, and supporting the team in achieving political and organizing goals. The Executive Director will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partner organizations and elected officials, and for defining the organization's role within the broader left-progressive movement.
