The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President, Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO) to spearhead its technology and digital agenda. The successful candidate will be a strategic and transformative leader, responsible for providing operational leadership in information technology, digital health, data and analytics, clinical informatics, and cybersecurity. The CIDO will ensure that all technology initiatives are in line with the company's clinical, academic, and business strategies, with a focus on optimizing patient safety, experience, and operational excellence. This role demands a senior operator of enterprise IT, accountable for reliability, security, service delivery, and fiscal stewardship, as well as the chief digital strategist, leading the roadmap for digital access, AI adoption, and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities for the CIDO include developing and championing an enterprise IT and digital strategic plan, serving as the enterprise integrator for digital transformation, and leading the continuous optimization of EHR and other clinical systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive technology leadership in complex healthcare organizations. Experience in multi-hospital or integrated delivery systems, particularly with Epic, is essential. The CIDO will also be tasked with establishing IT governance frameworks, advancing the company's digital front door, and ensuring the security and integrity of all systems. A strong background in leading large teams, managing significant budgets, and a proven track record in digital transformation are required.
