The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Financial Advisory Services team, specifically within the Office of the CFO practice. This leadership role is pivotal in the development of a market-leading FP&A and finance transformation offering. The successful candidate will be responsible for client leadership and delivery, practice building, business development, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives, leading complex client engagements, and supporting a diverse client base across various industries. The role also involves defining and scaling FP&A and Office of the CFO capabilities, originating client relationships, and contributing to the firm's brand in FP&A and finance transformation. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 10-15 years of experience. A strong background in big 4 or national accounting/consulting firms, corporate FP&A, and direct experience with private equity is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading finance transformation, FP&A build-outs, and operational finance initiatives, as well as strong business development skills. Advanced financial modeling, analytical capabilities, and proficiency in FP&A and analytics tools are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, executive presence, and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, along with strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
