The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Scrum Leader to join their Managed Account Solutions platform team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing delivery outcomes, championing Agile principles, and partnering with leaders to resolve organizational barriers that impact delivery performance. This role requires a strong background in Agile frameworks and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean principles, as well as the ability to coach teams and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement. The Scrum Leader will also be expected to influence backlog management, and prioritization, and lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance delivery predictability and performance. Applicants for the Senior Vice President, Scrum Leader position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 8-10 years' in a similar role. A proven track record in coaching, facilitating collaboration, and driving continuous improvement is essential. The role demands the ability to identify and address flow constraints, and systemic impediments, and to navigate complex organizational relationships. Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills are a must, as is the ability to leverage delivery metrics and flow data for data-driven decision-making.
