Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Execution Lead

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Execution Lead to serve as a strategic operational partner to senior business leadership. The role drives executive governance and communications, business planning and financial oversight, and cross-functional delivery of key initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating leadership reviews and strategic forums, preparing executive presentations, managing budgets and forecasts, identifying financial and productivity opportunities, and aligning stakeholders across business and corporate functions. The position also oversees workforce governance, operational reporting, data integrity, and process improvements. Candidates should have at least 10 years of financial services experience focused on business management or strategic execution, along with a record of leading complex initiatives involving senior stakeholders. Strong financial acumen in P&L analysis, budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting is required, as is the ability to turn financial data into clear executive presentations. Applicants should demonstrate concise communication, adaptability, sound judgment in high-pressure environments, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
