The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Investor Services Team, which is pivotal in managing the operational activities of co-mingled funds investment programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of fund-related operations, including overseeing the reporting and reconciliation process for complex fund structures, analyzing fund financial statements, and supporting operational management for evergreen investment vehicles. This role demands a high level of proficiency in financial services and/or private equity, with a focus on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insightful analysis in financial reports. The Vice President will also be expected to manage and resolve complex investor inquiries, lead strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and team development within the Investor Services division. Applicants for the Vice President position must have a college degree and 6-10 years of working experience, with a strong background in financial services and/or private equity. The role requires a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential, and experience with specific financial tools is a plus. The Vice President will be expected to model leadership, supervise and develop a team, and drive the documentation and implementation of internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The position is ideal for a candidate who is detail-oriented, can operate in a fast-paced environment, and is adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
