The Company is seeking a Vice President for Quantitative Analytics within the Co-Brand Card Analytics team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the use of data and AI to drive strategic decisions in the Co-Brand Credit Card business. This role involves tackling high-impact problems, from translating business questions into analytical approaches to building and communicating models and solutions that have a direct influence on business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, programming, and a deep understanding of how to apply analytics and AI/ML to support strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities for this role include uncovering novel use cases for big data analytics, driving data science and analytics strategies, and collaborating with partners to define and deliver high-quality analytical products. The role requires a candidate with a formal training or certification in software engineering, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field, and at least 5 years of data analytics experience. Applicants should possess exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a strong intellectual curiosity for solving business problems. Experience with statistical software, data querying languages, and modern analytics tools is essential, with a preference for those with a background in financial services and a Master's degree or equivalent.
