The Company is seeking a Vice President of Advancement to lead and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies with a focus on corporate partnerships, sponsorship development, individual donor engagement, and large-scale event management. The successful candidate will be a senior ambassador, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including corporate leaders, philanthropists, board members, and community partners. Key responsibilities for this role include partnering with the Chief Advancement Officer to develop strategic fundraising initiatives, managing a portfolio of donors and prospects, and overseeing the execution of high-profile fundraising events. The role also involves digital fundraising, CRM integration, and moves management to ensure the effective use of donor data and the continuous improvement of fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Advancement position at the company will have a proven track record in nonprofit fundraising, relationship management, and team leadership. They should be experienced in high-profile event execution, corporate engagement, and digital fundraising, and be adept at using CRM data to inform and enhance fundraising strategies. The role requires a leader who can foster a culture of philanthropy and is committed to the mission of the organization, which is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities and those facing challenging socio-economic conditions.
