Vice President of Data Operations Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Data Operations to lead the strategy, operating model, and performance of its end-to-end data lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding through production availability and ongoing operations. The role will drive scalable, repeatable processes and automation, improving data quality, reliability, speed, and time to revenue through clear metrics and accountability. Responsibilities include leading integration, onboarding, and operations teams; establishing operating rhythms, capacity planning, and incident-response practices; and coordinating priorities across technical and business functions. The Vice President will also provide executive leadership with visibility into performance, risks, and dependencies, while connecting operational improvements to client and business outcomes. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in data or technology, including senior leadership in complex, large-scale data environments and ownership of end-to-end data operations. Deep knowledge of data ingestion, ETL/ELT, warehousing, orchestration, data quality, and observability is required, along with experience building scalable operating models and using automation to improve performance. Applicants should bring expertise in operational metrics, incident management, root-cause analysis, capacity planning, and prioritizing competing demands. Healthcare or pharmaceutical data experience is strongly preferred, as are strong business acumen, change leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate technical issues as clear executive recommendations.
