Vice President of Operations Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee service delivery, project management, and systems engineering. The role leads three functional leaders and is accountable for service quality, operational performance, resource allocation, project execution, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include standardizing delivery practices, managing schedules and coverage, monitoring project scope and financial performance, resolving escalations, and coordinating across teams. The VP will also develop managers, strengthen operational processes, and build scalable capabilities to support continued growth. Candidates should have 8–10 or more years of progressive experience in technology operations, professional services, technical service delivery, or a related field, along with at least five years of people-management experience, including leading managers. A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, operations management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Applicants should bring experience overseeing complex technical projects and a practical understanding of technology remediation, system conversions, integrations, and implementations. Strong resource-planning, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills are required; experience with dental technology and professional services or project management platforms is preferred.
