The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Commercial Underwriter with a focus on Note Finance. The successful candidate will be tasked with underwriting a variety of commercial loan requests and renewals, including working capital lines of credit, commercial real estate loans, term loans, and different types of credit lines. This role involves building internal relationships with lending officers, particularly in the context of credit matters and loans that require special attention. Key responsibilities include reviewing loan structures, financial spreads, entity structures, collateral, and market data to assess risks and prepare recommendations for credit administration. The role may also involve mentoring junior analysts and performing special financial statement analyses. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President, Commercial Underwriter position at the company should have a minimum of 2 years' related experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, regulatory compliance, and industry standards is essential.
