The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of financial activities within the organization. The CFO will be responsible for a wide range of financial functions, including accounting, financial systems and control, compliance, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. This role requires a strong leader who can drive financial and operational performance, support the development and implementation of strategic programs, and ensure the overall financial and operational viability of the facility. The CFO will also be a key member of the senior leadership team, fostering a service-oriented culture and promoting employee engagement, quality, patient safety, and service excellence. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree and prior experience as a CFO in a healthcare setting. A minimum of 5 years' of progressively responsible financial leadership experience is required, along with a proven track record of providing leadership that aligns with the organization's mission and values. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and foster collaboration in a highly-matrixed team environment. The CFO will also be expected to drive process improvements, support the development of future leaders, and lead and influence change at various levels within the organization.
