The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Supply Chain Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to lead and be accountable for EHS across its global manufacturing and supply-chain network. The successful candidate will be responsible for making serious injury and fatality (SIF) prevention the top safety priority, developing and executing a multi-year EHS strategy, and establishing standards and governance for critical occupational exposures. This role requires a leader who can set clear EHS expectations, build a strong safety culture, and ensure environmental leadership in the management of air emissions, wastewater, waste, and hazardous materials. The Vice President will also be tasked with implementing a global EHS management system, running a risk-based audit and assurance program, and embedding EHS requirements into capital projects and network changes. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience in EHS, with a proven track record of preventing SIF and building operational accountability. A Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline is required, with a preference for an advanced degree and professional EHS certifications. The role demands a leader who is operationally credible, strategic, influential, and data-driven, with a global mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. The Vice President will be expected to lead, develop, and strengthen the EHS organization at all levels, and to work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into the company's business system. Success will be measured by the adoption of critical-risk methods, the effectiveness of EHS performance frameworks, and the visible ownership of EHS performance by operational leaders.
