Vice President of People Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of People Operations to spearhead its people strategy and provide HR partnership across its various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of people operations, including talent acquisition, employee experience, employee relations, learning and leadership development, and HR operations. This role requires the development of practical systems to support leaders in hiring, team development, employee retention, and consistent management of people matters. The Vice President will also be tasked with building a strong people team, strengthening accountability, and fostering a culture that enables both employees and leaders to thrive. Candidates for the Vice President of People Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, with an advanced degree or HR certification preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of progressive operations leadership experience is required, with a proven track record of improving staffing, retention, leader performance, and service outcomes in a distributed, people-intensive business. The role demands firsthand experience in hiring and developing leaders, managing performance, and building accountable teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and addressing workforce challenges, using data to set priorities, and ensuring that results are achieved. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential for this position.
