The Company is in search of a VP, People Operations to play a pivotal role in enhancing its talent function and supporting the evolving business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the strategy, operating structure, and priorities for a scalable People Operations function that can effectively support a complex, multi-state workforce. This senior leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in HR, particularly in a growth-oriented and operationally complex environment. The VP will be tasked with strengthening HR operations, developing a high-performing People team, and creating scalable practices that align with the organization's goals. Key responsibilities for the VP, People Operations include building, coaching, and leading an effective HR team, strengthening governance across employment policies and regulatory requirements, and establishing HR programs that can adapt to the business's changing needs. The role also involves partnering with field and corporate leaders on various HR matters, serving as a senior advisor to executive leadership, and leveraging workforce data to drive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, a strong understanding of employment requirements across multiple states, and a background in a comparable industry environment. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, along with excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
