Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company seeks a President and Chief Executive Officer to provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight. The CEO will develop and execute strategies that advance the organization’s mission, expand services and funding, and support long-term sustainability. Responsibilities include leading fundraising and revenue diversification, overseeing multi-site healthcare and public health operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The CEO will build partnerships with stakeholders, represent the organization publicly, advocate for health equity and access, and work closely with the Board and senior leadership on governance and financial stewardship. Candidates should have 7–10 years of executive leadership experience in nonprofit healthcare, public health, or a related field, with a record of strategic growth, financial sustainability, and organizational impact. Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor cultivation, and securing philanthropic support is required, along with experience managing complex budgets, grants, and revenue diversification. Applicants should understand women’s health, reproductive care, healthcare access for underserved populations, Medicaid and other payer arrangements, healthcare policy, and social determinants of health. Strong strategic, communication, and collaborative leadership skills are essential.
