Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of a complex, multifaceted organization. Responsibilities include leading member services, wellness, childcare, facilities, programs, and administration while aligning resources and performance goals with the organization’s strategic vision. The Executive Director will guide an advisory board and fundraising efforts, build community and stakeholder relationships, and ensure programs and services deliver measurable results. The role also includes recruiting and developing staff, managing operating budgets, maintaining safe and welcoming facilities, and strengthening community engagement through marketing and communications. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least five years of management experience; nonprofit experience is also preferred. Candidates should have experience managing a budget of $1 million or more and a record of improving constituent growth, impact, and satisfaction. Strong written and verbal communication, team leadership, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment are required. The role also calls for varied experience in program delivery, membership systems, facility management, volunteer development, and fundraising.
