The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Fund Governance and Oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading governance and fiduciary oversight activities in connection with the company's role as a Directed Trustee of Collective Investment Trust and Fund(s). This pivotal role involves maintaining effective oversight frameworks, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that fund operations are in compliance with governing documents, client requirements, and regulatory standards. The SVP will also oversee fund governing documents, direct post-trade compliance, monitor various fund activities, and lead fund liquidation and wind-down processes. Applicants for this role at the company should possess senior leadership experience in collective investment trusts, fiduciary governance, asset servicing, fund operations, compliance, or a related financial services function. A strong knowledge of OCC Regulation 9 and related fiduciary requirements is essential, as is the demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, lead complex cross-functional matters, and effectively communicate with senior management, clients, auditors, and regulators.
